REFUND POLICY

As soon as we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If  accepted, you will instantly receive your money back using the original payment method within ten business days. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may require some time from your bank or credit card company.
Should it be more than fifteen working days since we authorized your return, do get in touch with us at Sales@arsvape.co.uk

RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return under our 30-day return policy.
Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packing, and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required.
You can email us at Sales@ arsvape.co.uk to initiate a return. Please be aware that the following address is where returns must be sent: 33 Maple walk Shopping Centre upper west mall Birmingham B37 5TS
We’ll email you a return mailing label and instructions on where to send your package if your return is approved. We won’t accept returns for items that are sent back to us without first requesting one.
